EVAN CLARK
instructional DIGITAL LEARNING & lms mANAGEMENT
I design practical, accessible digital learning for real-world workplace challenges. My background combines social work, learning and development, LMS implementation, and eLearning design, giving me a strong understanding of how people learn in complex, regulated environments.
I currently work on digital learning for the adult social care workforce, creating eLearning with tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline, supporting LMS delivery, and using learner feedback and engagement data to improve learning over time. My approach is outcomes-focused: I care about whether learning is clear, useful, inclusive, and genuinely helps people do their jobs better.
Before moving into learning and development, I worked as a social worker, where I developed strong skills in communication, accessibility, analysis, safeguarding, and stakeholder collaboration. That experience continues to shape the way I design learning today: with empathy, clarity, and a focus on real learner needs.
